Shipping & Returns SHIPPING Postage and packing is free on all orders over £10.00 from I Want To Go As. Orders under £10.00 will be charged £1.99. We send all orders by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery and we’ll let you know when we have sent your order. We don’t want you to have to wait, so we aim to send your order within three days. When we are very busy we can’t always meet these high standards, so please allow up to ten days for delivery. RETURNS If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original unworn condition within 14 days of the date you received it. All sealed packages must be unopened. Please email us and we will issue you with an authorised returns number. When we receive your returned goods we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item. A nominal handling charge of £5 per item may be made to contribute towards our postage and packing and handaling costs. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. If you receive an item in error, or a faulty or damaged item please email us to let us know. We will send a replacement item immediately. If you return the original goods within 30 days we will refund your postage costs. If we do not receive the original goods within 30 days, you will be charged for the replacement item.
